The Chakras and How we can heal and balance them using Crystals
Throughout many Spiritual practices and traditions, Energy centres in the body have been identified, to allow for the individual to identify issues and commence healing practices. The Chakras are defined energy centres through which it is believed that body, mind and spirit are connected and controlled. There are many Chakras, however the seven main Chakras (pictured) are connected to major organs and nerve bundles, and when disrupted are believed to cause imbalance, health conditions and illness.
The Chakras originated from Hinduism and Buddhist Tantra, but have been adopted in modern spirituality as a focal point for energy healing.
Each Chakra has a clearly defined area, which is responsible for certain bodily and mental functions as outlined below.
